Per Haakon Lomsdalen has as of today, 7. August 2023, taken over the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spir Group ASA. The appointment was announced 11 May 2023. Mr. Lomsdalen succeeds Nicolay Moulin, who has been CEO since January 2020.
Per Haakon Lomsdalen joined Spir Group from the position as Country General Manager of Salesforce in Norway and Iceland and has previously held the position as COO of SAP in the Nordics and Country General Manager of SAP in Norway. He also has many years of experience in various leadership positions at IBM. Lomsdalen holds a Master of Science in marketing degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

On 7 June 2023, Spir Group announced that Per Haakon Lomsdalen in connection with his employment as new CEO through his closely associated company Arlberg Invest AS has agreed to purchase shares in the Company for a value of NOK 5 million.
